I decided to take care of my figure and strictly monitor the diet. I plan to exclude all chemical sweets from my diet and leave only fruits. Who has tried different diets? Share your experiences. And what are you replacing sweet? I don’t know whether I can stand it or not without glucose, because I have a strong dependence on it.

You do not need to completely remove carbohydrates from your diet, and even more so glucose. Of course, if you do not have diabetes, then this is not too scary for you, but still, if you feel bad without it, then leave at least natural sweet foods. You can eat honey, but exclude white sugar. These sauces are simply divine in taste and, most importantly, very healthy.
